Book at least 3 hours ahead of your appointment time and get an automatic 10% discount applied at checkout.

Question 3

Do you provide massages for events or companies?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can book directly on our website — minimum 4 hours, at 500 THB per hour per therapist. For long-term contracts, additional discounts are available — contact contact@pleaseanywhere.com.

Question 4

How long has PLEASE been operating?

Accepted Answer

We've been operating since 2019, starting during the COVID period with a clear mission: to help therapists earn a fair living while giving customers a clean, safe, convenient massage at a fair price. We still hold to that same mission today.

Question 5

Where is PLEASE from?

Accepted Answer

PLEASE is 100% Thai-owned. We're committed to building a genuinely supportive community here in Thailand — unlike other platforms in the market such as Gowabi, Rlax, Glow, and 9Nice, which are not Thai-owned.

Question 6

How do you screen your therapists?

Accepted Answer

Every therapist must pass a criminal background check and a hands-on skill test before joining — no exceptions.

Question 7

What is PLEASE's philosophy?

Accepted Answer

Honesty is at the heart of what we do — a rare value in today's society. We only work with therapists who are honest, accountable to their craft and to the community. Our goal is to build a community that lasts.

Question 8

How far in advance do I need to book?

Accepted Answer

At least 75 minutes before the session. Need it sooner? Choose ASAP and we rush the job to the nearest available therapist (100 THB rush fee).

Question 9

Which areas do you cover?

Accepted Answer

All over Bangkok and nearby areas — homes, condos, hotels and offices. See the service areas page, or drop a pin on your address during booking to check instantly.

Question 10

What are your hours?

Accepted Answer

Every day from 09:00 to 23:00. The last session can start at 23:00.

Question 11

What do I need to prepare?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. Your therapist brings a comfortable massage mat, fresh linens and oils. You just need about 2 x 1 metres of floor space.

Question 12

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online via the secure link we send once your therapist is confirmed. Credit and debit cards, QR PromptPay, TrueMoney and LINE Pay are supported. We do not accept cash.

Question 13

Can I cancel or reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Message us on LINE @pleasemassage or call our admin team. Cancellation and refund conditions follow our Terms of Service.

Question 14

Can you massage several people at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose the number of guests when booking and we dispatch a separate therapist for each person; everyone can pick their own treatment.
